City of Gering utility bills are due the 10th of every month. You have the option of automatic withdraw or you can click on the link Make Payment to pay your utility bill on line. If you have any questions please call (308) 436.6800.

UTILITY CUSTOMER ALERT: 

If you have questions regarding your utility statement, disconnect notice or anything related to your bill, 

please contact the utility office by emailing them at utilities@gering.org or call (308) 436.6800.

**Effective January 1, 2025, all payments processed 

with credit/debit cards will be charged a 3.5% transaction fee.
